We currently Ship within the continental USA ONLY, please contact us for options to outlying states or territories.
Orders placed before 1pm MST will generally ship the same day (some exceptions may apply). Orders placed over the weekend or on recognized holidays will generally ship the next business day.
For USPS standard shipping and First Class Mail, orders will typically arrive 4-6 business days from the date of shipment.
For UPS standard ground shipping, orders will typically arrive 5-10 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery arrival times are estimates only and may change based on order volume or other circumstances, like weather-related delays. If we encounter any unexpected delays in shipping, we’ll contact you via email.
Next Day Air orders must be placed by 12:00 MST in order to guarantee same day shipment and next day delivery.
If your order exceeds a certain amount, as periodically advertised on our sites, you may qualify for free shipping. For example, we may offer free shipping on orders over $150. Free shipping offers are applied to the order total after any promotions or credits are applied. If this option is available, you will see it advertised on our sites and the available free shipping method will be pre-selected at checkout for your convenience.

Certain hazardous or flammable products, like those containing lithium batteries or compressed air, can only be shipped via ground delivery and are only able to be shipped to the contiguous United States, they cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, any US Territories, or Internationally.
Certain oversized items can only be shipped via freight. Oversized Freight items include, but are not limited to: complete bikes, bike frames, bike wheels, travel cases, car racks, truck bed storage, indoor bike trainers. For products with these restrictions, only available shipping options will surface at checkout. Freight items can only be shipped to the contiguous United States, they cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, any US Territories, or Internationally.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
